Foundation

Maribel’s Kidney Foundation was established in 2006 by the efforts of family & friends through different fundraising sales and events to raise funds. It is no longer an active non-profit but was a great help that helped alleviate the challenges Maribel’s kidney failure has put on her & her family, mentally, physically and financially.

Fundraiser Efforts:

To help ongoing Medical Monthly Expenses which will help pay for: medical co pays for doctor visits, labs, ongoing testing, Medicine Prescription: which include 3 name brand & 4 generic blood pressure medications, nutritional renal supplements and phosphorus binders. Other past medical bills, from a time they lost medical coverage to hospitalization co pays.

With each fundraiser a percentage will be donated to other kidney non profit organizations such as: American Kidney Foundation, NephCure & Donate Life California
